Keywords you and/or BestEfriend have assigned to your photos
The type of photos you have shared with friends

General site use information. As with all websites, certain types of general information about your use is collected by our server, including but not limited to the number of times you have visited the Web Site, your IP address, cookies, pages you viewed, etc.

Other people. On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, you might enter information regarding your friends and contacts into your Web Site address book. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:
The information you input into your Web Site address book about your friends (Name/Nickname, E-mail address, birthdates, etc.)
Information and/or keywords you and/or BestEfriend have assigned to your photos (in example, you might indicate that “Photo A” in your photo collection shows your friend “John Doe” or your dog “ Spot”)
The number of people in your Web Site address book.
3. The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself and others only to assist you in using our service (searching photos, allowing others to search our photos with your permission, etc.). We do not share this information with outside parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with the Web Site if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit at the Web Site will not be used for this purpose unless you indicate your interest in such updates on the registration form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design the Web Site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on the Web Site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
We will allow third party advertisers to display targeted advertising information to users of the Web Site. Ojos will not sell and/or give your information to such advertisers, but these advertisers may analyze the keywords and other information you and others have publicly provided in the display of your photos and show ads targeted to such information.
Like any website, we may legally be required to disclose personally identifiable information about you in special circumstances, for instance in response to a legal actions, subpoenas, court orders, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, etc.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
4. Your Photos.
Only you, and those you share your photos with, will be able to see your photos on-line.
You will be able to assign keywords to your photos. BestEfriend's software will view each of your photos and may assign keywords to one or more of your photos. These keywords will be searchable by others, although they will not be able to view your photos without your permission.
5. Our Commitment to Data Security.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
6. Children's Privacy.
We do not collect or maintain information at the Web Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of the Web Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
7. How You Can Access or Correct Your Information.
You can access, change and correct all of your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your Web Site account. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your Web Site account.
